G4S, the world’s leading international security solutions group , is looking for a Project Manager and Sales Engineer to join our team in Douala (Bonapriso).
The Role: A dual-impact position combining technical project leadership with B2B business development.
Design custom security solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection).
Manage project lifecycles from scope definition to final invoicing.
Grow revenue through new and existing client relationships.
Use Salesforce to maintain records and drive results.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum BAC+3 in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Electrical/Electro-technical engineering.
Experience: B2B Sales or Business Development experience.
Skills: Bilingual (French & English), strong attention to detail, and a "client-first" mindset.
Plus: PMP/PRINCE II certification or specific electronic security system experience.
