About the Role
A leading international quick-service restaurant brand is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement across the Kuwait market. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills in marketing campaigns, sales performance, and market expansion.
Preferred candidates: Cameroon nationals willing and ready to relocate to Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer traffic, and revenue.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and outdoor channels.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive promotional activities, partnerships, and local store marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance and marketing ROI, providing regular reports and insights.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Lead, train, and supervise marketing or sales teams where applicable.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, or retail sectors.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Kuwait.
