 Key Responsibilities

For Faculty Members

• Deliver high-quality instruction and foster engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct research and publish in relevant academic journals.
• Design, review, and update course curricula in line with industry developments.
• Provide academic mentorship and support to students.

For Deans

• Lead and manage academic programs within the respective departments.
• Promote a culture of academic collaboration and inclusivity.
• Oversee faculty development and performance.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.

Qualifications

Faculty Applicants

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the tertiary level.
• Passion for student development and academic achievement.

Dean Applicants

• A Doctoral degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Significant experience in academic leadership and administration.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
