Description
Main Responsibilities :


Ensure a proper onboarding of all new staff
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (absence, annual leave, maternity leave, new joiners, leavers...)
Staff administration
Relation with Health Care provider (staff complaints, new staff enrollment...)
Update of the internal HR platform to ensure clean and up to date information
Follow up on offboarding process for all leavers
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Participation in HR projects
