Roche Cameroon is looking for Sales Manager with 5 years’ experience. He/She will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that support brand strategies customer strategies that deliver on the commitments of profitable top line sales within the assigned business unit customer.

Primary Responsibilities And Accountabilities:

Develop and deliver Countries business plans in order to ensure optimum performance and achievement of set targets.
Ensure that all resources (human financial technical) are optimally utilized and deployed in order to achieve the set targets.
Implement Roche regional Market Access strategy
Strategize and plan around the product promotion based on the accurate understanding of customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.
Establish plans of action in co-ordination with SSA centers of excellence, other departments and develop a strong synergy with other sales team.
Identify and prioritize new markets opportunities.
Identify TAEs of new markets.
Informs the Leadership Team about major events, opportunities, deviations as they arise (time factor).
Maintains a high level product related knowledge and skills, appropriate to the manager job level.
Monitor market by maintaining awareness and reacting effectively and proactively to these changes through the application of market intelligence and alignment of our promotional strategy.
Ensure Field Force activities report and feed-back.
Ensure high level collaboration with market Access Manager.
Ensure that all product specific information is cascaded to the relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to support the various business processes.
Provide leadership and direction by embodying the Roche core values and the leadership commitments.Continuous development of knowledge and skills of all the field staff members, through personal coaching Actively contribute to the definition of individual objectives based on SMART model and analyze individual achievements, review them with each team member and implement appropriate measures. Take part in the recruitment of the new PS and makes sure that they receive all the training and the information necessary for their induction and further professional ramp up to make sure that the team members have knowledge in medical, product and market environment necessary to effective promotion.
Evaluate on a regular basis, in accordance with Performance management principles, the achievements of the team.
