DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Credit Facility Processing: Liaise with sales to review and process credit facility requests and forward complete and correct documentations to GRMD office for processing. Serving as the secretariat of the Management Committee Credit at the Business Units. ? Administration of Sales Orders: Upload credit limit approvals; maintain credit limits and repayment dynamics on SAP. Review and confirm correctness of payment schedules before updating credit application/system and subsequently advise Sales Team to create sales orders. Follow due process (confirm that payment is in customer’s account) and release blocked orders as requested by Sales Team. ? Payments/Debt Monitoring: Ensure all payments are received before subsequent orders are created.   • TERMES DE REFERENCE POUR LE RECRUTEMENT D’UN CONSULTANT EN CHARGE DE L’ELABORATION D’UN OUTIL DE SENSIBILISATION DES OSC AFRICAINES SUR LA BIODIVERSITE, LE PLAIDOYER POUR LE NOUVEAU CADRE MONDIAL POST 2020 DE LA BIODIVERSITE, ET DE L’ANIMATION AU CAMEROUN D’UN ATELIER DE FORMATION DES FORMATEURS (OSC) SUR LES TECHNIQUES DE PLAIDOYER INTRODUCTION La tendance à la diminution du nombre d’espèces, au déclin de leurs populations ainsi qu’à la dégradation des écosystèmes se poursuit depuis 2010. Un million d’espèces animales et végétales sont menacées d’extinction. La santé des écosystèmes dont nous dépendons et dont dépendent toutes les autres espèces se dégrade aujourd’hui à une vitesse sans précédent. Cette situation affaiblit les moyens de subsistance, la sécurité alimentaire, la santé et la qualité de vie à travers le monde, et entraîne en outre des risques économiques et financiers. Malgré leur progression, les actions mises en œuvre pour la conservation et la gestion plus durable des ressources naturelles restent insuffisantes pour enrayer les causes directes et indirectes à l’origine de la dégradation de la nature. Il est aujourd’hui urgent d’inverser le déclin de la biodiversité et de préserver les écosystèmes si nous voulons atteindre les objectifs de développement durable d’ici à 2050. Pour faire passer le défi au sommet de l'agenda mondial en 2020-2021 (initialement prévu en 2020, un retard dû à la récente Pandémie de COVID-19), le WWF a lancé sa stratégie d'engagement des parties prenantes avec la facilitation du projet New Deal Afrique : Cameroun. Ce projet soutient le WWF Cameroun pour contribuer à stopper le déclin de la biodiversité mondiale et promouvoir un New Deal pour améliorer l'intégration de la biodiversité dans les décisions publiques et privées, au Cameroun, et plus largement. Le programme prévoit entre autres de renforcer les capacités d’OSC locales d’environnement et de développement à délivrer leurs messages auprès des autorités publiques nationales et locales, et du grand public.   • VOTRE ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL In Cameroon, based in Buea Action Against Hunger has been present in Cameroon since 1998. Since 2014, our action has focused mainly in the Eastern Region and the Far North of the country on emergency programs initiated with refugees and affected host communities by socio-political unrest in CAR and violence related to Boko Haram activity in the Lake Chad region. Action Against Hunger has set up emergency and long-term nutrition and water, sanitation and hygiene programs. Since the end of 2018, Action Against Hunger is also present in the South-West, in support of the crisis that rages in this region. Our 2020 strategy is based on responding to immediate humanitarian needs and contributing to economic recovery and strengthening resilience and social cohesion in Cameroon. There are 140 employees on the mission, working in 5 bases: Batouri in the East, Maroua and Kousseri in the Far North, Buéa in the South West and coordination in Yaoundé. While there is no security concern in most of Cameroon, the Far North region remains an area of vigilance with regular attacks of armed groups in the area bordering Nigeria. Similarly, the Northwest / Southwest regions are currently very unstable. The AAH team in Buea is made of20 staff. AAH has set up mobile clinics on the Buea-Kumba axis and is working in Kumba in partnership with Caritas. AAH has also an assessment team doing assessments and providing NFI in other axis. The security situation is very tense and fragile on this area and movement to the field are restricted.
